We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be requested if all of the following conditions are met:
1. Design Concepts Not Completed, and or Delivered to client: The client has not received any design concepts provided by our team.
2. Construction Documents Not Completed: The construction documents have not been finalized or delivered to the client.
3. Permit-Construction Documents Not Approved: The permit-construction documents have not been approved by AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) and or the local building department/municipality.
Limitations & Exclusions
- Once a design concept has been approved by the client, the project is considered in progress, and a refund will no longer be available.
- If any portion of the construction documents has been completed and delivered to the client, the refund will not be granted.
- If permit-construction documents have been submitted to the local building department for review, a refund is no longer eligible.
- Any third-party fees or costs incurred (such as permitting fees, consultant fees, or external services) are non-refundable.
- The money-back guarantee applies only to the original scope of services agreed upon in the initial contract and does not cover additional services requested after project initiation.
Time Period for Requesting a Refund
- A refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the initial agreement or payment.
- Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, the client must follow these steps:
1. Submit a Written Request: Send an email to Custom Luxury Home Design, with the subject line “Refund Request – Project Name.”
2. Provide Project Details: Include the project name, date of agreement, and reasons for requesting a refund.
3. Verification Process: Our team will review the request within 7 business days to ensure eligibility based on the outlined conditions.
4. Approval & Refund Processing: If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
