Also, included are project name and address, pertinent client information, general notes, closeout conditions, code summary and area calculations, and may include description of materials. Title (Cover) Sheet describes and titles all building information and data required to give you (or your local code official) pertinent construction document information in order to effectively start reviewing for permit and construction.
