Online Order Form: Design Proposal and Agreement for Services

We are pleased to submit this proposal outlining the scope of work and services for the design and construction documentation of a new residential home. The design will be tailored to your specifications, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics.

We will provide comprehensive design and construction documents, including an accurate 3D model, for a home of approximately [Insert Square Footage] on a chosen lot in [Insert Location].

1. Site Plan / Plot Plan – Clear and accurate layout for planning and approvals. 2. Street Elevation & Architectural Rendering – Visual representation of the proposed design. 3. Foundation Plan – Double-dimensioning system for structural accuracy. 4. Floor Plan – Noted and dimensioned for design clarity. 5. Wall Framing Plan – Detailed framework construction. 6. Exterior Elevations – Representation of all sides of the building. 7. Roof Plan – Comprehensive roofing layout. 8. Electrical Plan & Legend – Outlining power and lighting distribution. 9. Selected Building Sections – Cross-sectional details for construction precision. 10. Selected Interior Elevations & Details – Key interior design elements. 11. Room Finish Schedule – Specification of materials and finishes. 12. Outline Specifications – General materials and construction details.

– Coordination with the design team. – Alternative exterior material options. – Landscape & Drainage Plan (if applicable).

Our fee structure is based on the total square footage and an hourly rate, ensuring transparency and fairness. 1. Design & Drawings Fee: per square ft./ U.S. Cost Index 2. Hourly Rate for Additional Work: per hour rate. 3. Payment Schedule: – 1/3 of the total cost to begin design work. – 1/3 upon commencement of construction documents. – 1/3 at completion of construction documents. – Additional authorized work to be invoiced separately.

– Fees are confidential and specific to this project scope. – This proposal is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. – Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged at the hourly rate. – Payment shall be made as per the schedule outlined above.
