The Role
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Executive, you leverage your existing industry relationships to connect builders, developers, investors, and homeowners with our premium design services. This is a relationship-driven, commission-only role built for industry professionals who want to monetize their network.
Your Role
- Identify upcoming residential projects in your network
- Facilitate introductions between decision-makers and our design team
- Position Custom Luxury Home Design as the go-to architectural resource
- Build a long-term referral pipeline that pays you on every project
We Handle Everything Else
- Design consultations and project discovery
- Proposal development and architectural planning
- Full construction documentation and permit-ready plans
- Client project management through delivery

How earnings compound: Commissions are paid across three project milestones — Deposit, Approval, and Delivery. Close consistently and earnings from multiple deals stack simultaneously. Five closings per month means you are collecting milestone payments from every prior month at once. Income accelerates the longer you perform. A single trusted builder relationship can generate multiple high-value projects every year.
